lTechnically, due to a lack of interaction, I had tried to move to a single muse blog, which is currently @roadlesscamelot and the side-blogs along with it

But those haven't ended up with any interaction either and are pretty much still in low digit followers

But I am still following most of my friends in spite of the fact they don't follow me back, one of which follows this blog but not the BB side-blog and I felt like making a Dash Commentary with BB due to one of their posts so I came back to do it

And I stuck around to see if they end up responding or not. They didn't from what I can tell but that is fine

But uh...

I'll just say everyone from Fate is a muse. They always have been and honestly they haven't gone away either so they still are... If you don't feel like going to the side-blogs...

One thing that constantly confuses me whenever I think about it is the powerscaling of FGO, specifically how it applies to QSH in SIN, who is stated to have a Saint Graph (spirit origin for NA readers) on the level of a Grand Servant, but canonically got their shit wrecked by the Protagonist’s fists of justice. This happened with Goetia too, but that’s understandable considering Goetia was not only weakened and stripped of his Beast shenanigans, but also was actively dying. QSH has nothing of the sort, and is just a Grand Servant-level existence that was forced to kneel because Protag punched them really really hard. I find that pretty stupid since Servants are by and large WAY WAY physically stronger than the strongest human, so I rationalize it in my head as QSH’s body and strength was peak human but not Servant level (since they say they’ll take a human body to fight Protag) and their magical energy/existence was Grand Servant-level, but I dunno! I wish Urobuchi explained this shit so I wouldn’t need to make a headcanon to make it make sense in my head.

The thing about that is that we weren’t alone

Sherlock, Mordred, Red Hare, Mashu, Da Vinchi, Chen Gong and I think Nezha? Were all there

As members of Chaldea, as humans, we agreed, not just the Protagonist 

And he challenged us as members not as a member

“Whoever else might have come to fight you instead wouldn’t have had to do it alone either.”

Fighting Dantes at the end of his event was just us with no support as the story framed it, fighting Goetia was done Protagonist against Weakened Beast as far as the story framed it

But fighting Qin was done as a group fighting the lone Qin

Plus if you want to get meta, Sherlock’s NP negates Invulnerability and Defense while that was Qin’s entire way of combat
