Obviously, Rostam is a creative genius and I can’t wait to see what he does in the future. It’s just hard to see a band who’s music was a big part of my adolescence, who literally helped to shape me into the person I am today, change like this. I never would have been brave enough to put myself out into the world creatively without them. I met great people because of our mutual love for VW. I was a really depressed kid. Finding VW and listening to music that made me feel positive, gaining an interest in art and literature, and just overall seeing a place in the world for myself…. I’m always going to be grateful to them for helping me find all that.

I don't know if this has already been figured out, but Ezra's necklace that we have been seeing him wear in almost every photo this past year is a hamsa pendant, a Jewish symbol, which helps ward off general misfortune. The Hamsa Hand supposedly brings love, happiness, and good health..
