Florence University of the Arts is pleased to offer a unique workshop on Florentine leather arts, with the support of its fashion department FAST. This workshop will introduce a hands-on exploration of creating a contemporary leather pochette by utilizing the traditional techniques of one of Florence's historic crafts. A video tutorial featuring FAST professor Francesca Mocali focuses on traditional sewing techniques to create an accessory for everyday use. A step by step guide will aid the workshop participants in the creation of the pochette.
