drink at least 24 oz. of water daily

no drinks other than energy drinks or water
try to have one mono or liquid fasting day
no eating after 8 pm
weekends:
can eat any category except heavy dairy and fat
don’t go over 1,300 net cal. (not counting fruit)
no HIIT needed
do 2 exercise videos daily
no eating before 10 am or after 8 pm
drink at least 24 oz. of water
try to skip one meal per day
