Are you still working on allocations?

Apologies for being the worst organiser in the history of everything... In my allocations I have been saying by New Years... So, if you can't do it by then, don't worry, just do it as soon as possible.

How far into the allocations are you? Has everyone got theirs yet?

Allocations have begun to be given out. Unfortunately, this is also quite a hard task and is taking more time than I envisaged. Next year will be smoother, I promise! Thanks for your patience.

After several hours of watching tv and sorting out secret santa, plus a couple of pure concentration, I have completed allocations. They aren't perfect, a couple of people may be pushing limits, one pair of people are actually swapping presents... But I'm about to fall asleep on my macbook and so, I shall ignore my 7 sides of A4 scrawlings and crash. In the morning, I shall arise and start to hand out allocations.
