An anxious Virgil to the rescue.

Its that wonderful time of year - Time to set up the Christmas tree and all the decorations in the Sanders household. But like any other task things can never go smoothly. Princey wants it to be perfect (meaning he has to be in charge and/or do it himself), Logic want's it be organized, Morality wants it to be fun and amazing (and can't wait for the Early Elves to leave their treats) and Anxiety ... wishes they would let him join in and help for once.

After all of Hiccup's close encounters, after all the times Hiccup survived that which should've killed him, that he would live a long life despite everything seemed like a given.

Thomas has been really busy, and hasn't been socializing with his friends much. It's not much of a problem, until it is.

Virgil’s head snapped to the door of his room as fists pounded on it from the outside. At the frantic yell, the shadows descended on him.

Virgil isn't having a good night.

Patton is protective of his little brother, Thomas. ““Pat,” Virgil says in a low voice as he steps closer, alarm twisting his stomach. “Are you hurt?””

Because of an "Incident" Anxiety falls ill, Thomas won't speak, Logic is mad, Morality is just trying to be a good dad (they tell the best jokes) and Prince is trying to figure out what in the world is going on.

After the love of his life is kidnapped and murdered by pirates, Roman Santiago, the most beautiful being in five hundred years, finds himself unhappily engaged to Prince Remy. The engagement is quickly thrown off-course, however, when he gets kidnapped by a trope of criminals, all the while being pursued by a strangely familiar man in black.

Virgil hides his wings from the other sides, scared they will hate him. He requires supplies from Roman's realm to keep them hidden. Stuff happens, and there's a dragon-witch.
