Tim Deighton, of the Adventure Incubator.  His knowledge of working in the outdoors with groups is second to none and really helped make the expedition a real success.

Young people had to plan to feed themselves for four meals, lunch, evening, breakfast and lunch again.  

There was a budget of £5/head and all of the food had to be carried and cooked by the group.

Expedition Training in the Howgills with Tim from the Adventure Incubator.

Drinking fresh rain water from the streams, making fires, cooking toast drinking tea and hot chocolate.  With some map reading and adventure planning thrown in for good measure.
