i love how both of the vow to be each other's safe place. the journey isn't going to be easy or perfect, but they will 𝘢𝘭𝘸𝘢𝘺𝘴 be each other's anchor no matter what.

this moment seems so insignificant but it is actually SO powerful. you can see charlie expressing his actual feelings instead of blaming himself and apologizing for something that isn't even his fault, and nick makes him feel safe and appreciated enough to do that. charlie's confidence has been buried inside of him after everything, but we can see him coming out of his shell when he's with nick. i love them so so much.

SO SO grateful for this webcomic, for this book, for alice and the amazing team.

nick's little look of worry when charlie tells him that he feels perfect because he 𝘬𝘯𝘰𝘸𝘴 it's not true but he doesn't know how to bring it up without saying something wrong or upsetting charlie. he loves char so muchh
