You’re an attractive and clever woman, despite your claims to the contrary.” Roboute settled himself to better see her own eyes. Even out of his armor, it was a bit of a journey for his gaze to travel so far, but it was worth it. “I apologize for this, Miss Boleyn. I know I’d be more appealing as a far more normal man.”

             ❝ You are appealing in your OWN WAY, Roboute ---- ❞ she insisted. Dark eyes clashing against his own. He was a people observer; it was proven with the notes he stated of her behavior. ❝ Well, I congratulate you on understanding my behavior and features. But you don’t TRULY know why I’ve come to be the way I am, do you? ❞ 

I am very much in favor of women’s rights, being a woman myself, and I support intelligent, successful, independent working women.

“Then I guess we’re both out of luck. Perhaps you should have a nice, hot bath instead.”

         ❝ And perhaps you should draw that nice, hot bath for me? Maybe carry me in there, too? You’d get to undress me and everything. ❞

The size would certainly be a factor. Roboute wasn’t exactly physically compatible with most natural humans, so the thought rarely came to mind. In fact, Roboute could honestly say he’d never been attracted to someone purely on sexual terms. He’d never lusted for a womanly figure, or felt primal urges in his gut to propel him into her arms. And yet, as his eyes returned to Anne, he couldn’t deny an attraction there. She was cunning and clever. She was fair, in a waifish way. She was regal, composed, and kind. She was the sort of woman Roboute thought often would make a fine queen, but as the Primarchs were sterile, he couldn’t give her any offspring. “It doesn’t,” Roboute finally said, a slow smile crossing his face, “in fact, I’d be amenable to it. But I would like to know you better before I,” a chuckle let his lips, “’slam you all night long’, as you request.”

          It was often difficult to make a woman like Anne to flush a bright red. The phrase escaping his own lips sounded ODD --- perhaps it was simply because she couldn’t ever IMAGINE him uttering them. She felt her heart flutter slightly --- another reaction she hardly ever felt. It had been a long time since she last felt this way about someone; whatever THIS was. ❝ How do you plan to do that? ❞ she asked him. ❝ Long conversations, perhaps? ❞

The light. It’s always been there. It will guide you.

She tells Anne to stop. She never really noticed her before. She wasn’t that pretty, she had dark hair, olive skin, dark eyes. Henry had mistresses all the time. But he never got this far to ask for a divorce. She wants to have a look at the person that ruined her life. The person that her husband is willing to tear everything apart for.

It took him a moment or two. He kicked himself for that. His brain should’ve been faster on the uptake. It was a process of elimination that narrowed his conclusion to it’s apex. A slow look of realization came over his face, and a hint of a smile crossed his lips. He looked rather embarrassed at missing it. “I apologize for being so forward, Miss Boleyn, but you just asked me to sleep with you, didn’t you?”

               She was so  F O R W A R D , so  F O R G E T F U L  that she was not back at home where saying such inappropriate things were normal ---- perhaps their behaviors and customs rubbed off on her... But she  D I D  live a quarter of her life there, learning their traditions and such. With a soft sigh, a smile of embarrassment slid across her own dark features --- ❝  I  D I D  --- ❞ she admitted and clasped her hands together, low and in front of her. It was her way of retaining her poise and NOT to freak out of his final realization. How  H U M A N  it all was... ❝ If it bothers you, since we both DO vary in size and all. I understand. ❞ She was one with an open mind. But there were the many who did not have this quality.
