• my life = fully attuned to all witnessed rythms and cycles • inviting flow and movement back into my days, ever so gentle • open up for this new chapter • choose to be in the knowing • letting go of everything that isn’t honoring myself, my health or pulls me away from god and goodness — protecting peace & setting boundaries. This world is armageddon but my life doesn‘t have to be be. I can choose.

It is a wonderful tool, to take a moment to check-in with yourself. I am journaling a lot myself.

Soften into your inner voice. It always wants your best. Bring awareness to any neglect of this self. To fear, to worry to stress is not only a sign of inbalance, but inbalance itself if you identify with it. There is always a reason why we sabotage goodness. It doesn't feel save. Bring awareness to the stored pain, trauma and lack of safety beneath the emotions which make you spiral. Be gentle. Be soft. Meet yourself truly. You are pure light, so bring yourself (your awareness) into the darkness you hold. And then let it go. Release the old.
