The Issue is that fiction reflects reality and if your “interesting dynamic” Involves pedophilia, incest or abuse than maybe you deserve to have that reflected upon you.

Apply this to literally any other fiction trope and you will look silly. Do people who enjoy slasher movies want to be murdered just because they think it’s interesting to watch someone run for their life while chased by a killer? Do people who enjoy fantasy movies want to die burned to a crisp fighting a gigantic dragon?

No offense but there’s a difference between watching say Halloween and reading let’s say— killing stalking.
