you should never pick out your own sports team someone else should always select it for you. whether its when youre born and your parents or family select it or you get older without affiliation and your friend or partner selects it in any case you should never go "i think i'll be a fan of-" WRONG. the sports teams where i am from and were encouraged to follow as a kid are so ass i didnt even know they were like part of legitimate things. i didnt know the jacksonville jaguars were part of the actual NFL until i was like 10 because i never heard ANYTHING about ANYTHING about them i just we were really into some local shit. my moms from the orlando area, just now learned theyre actually in the NBA. like for real. i didnt even know basketball had like playoffs and shit until i was 12 because we only ever watched shit with the Magic i just thought they were doing that for fun.
