My friend said last night “how has this man been broke for over 10 years? That just doesn’t make any sense, economy be damned.” And in that moment it dawned on me, every time I ever brought up his debt or how he was financially abused in his previous marriage, he would agree and then do nothing about it. But, of course, now that I’ve left him he’s suddenly a marketing guru.

It’s just like, maybe I’d fuck you, but the odds of me thinking about my sister because, you’re the same age and brand of chronically online gen-z as her, are just way too high to make it worth it.

Getting hit on by 24 year olds does not feel any sort of special. I don’t quite understand the appeal of dating younger.
