Yes, both Nyxia and Leshi would care for us. Nyxia’s cave is tended to using his magic: it’s lit and heated up by the little sprites we see (particularly in his room, like when he snaps his fingers and it lights up). Despite it being open to the wilderness, Nyxia has a very good control of its interior (so much so that’s it’s always clean), and would easily be able to heat it up to a temperature that is comfortable for you! He would do so, particularly in his good endings, and in the shared route he makes it a point to arrange you a space that is comfortable for you to be in.

I’m really curious, do names hold power in the faerie realm? I know they learn mc name from the hike, but does that play a significant role, magic wise? Like if they weren’t physically stronger than us, would they have power over us from just knowing our name?

Yes, that’s something Nyxia will would do. You’re right that Leshi won’t wouldn’t be outright about it, he will would try to make us split on Nyxia or find a way to justify taking us out, but, in the case that you’ve grown close enough to Nyxia (and supposedly inquired him about Leshi and why he lets this all happen) he would protect you and choose you over him… perhaps this time for real? Who knows. Heheh.

Since Nyxia is a snake, does he shed? Because if yes, I wonder how that works, since he's a humanoid creature and not a full snake? So does he only shed in some areas of his body, or everywhere? if he sheds at all

(Also Imagine the giant 8.5m long shed from him with his upper body there too that seems like it would be so creepy to see)

Nyxia does shed! He sheds all the way up to his head, although his hair does not fall off (thank goodness??). It’s less frequent than real life snakes, but that’s how he grew from a baby to the size he is now. His shed would be quite freaky, and it could probably fit a few people inside… I like to think that he disposes of it by burying it in the forest heheh

Or as another question, how old would they be if you translated it to human ages?

btw I love the game and the lore so much! It's way too underrated and I wish more people knew about it

Heheh, it’s not that Leshi was an ugly baby, it’s more like he was never a baby at all~

Nyxia mentions that most fairies at their birth are not like him, that he was particularly helpless then. Leshi would have been one such case, and his first years would have been spent as a creature more akin to a beast. I will show it in game, but Leshi would have started life as an animal-like, yeti inspired beast, and slowly morphed into a more human looking one as he gained self awareness and more consciousness. His self image problems will be linked back to this, as he would see himself for what he was and feel ashamed, and his desire and obsession toward other people will also stem from him seeing other fairies (one in particularly) be what he was not: beautiful and gentle and human-like.

I had no true objective writing this but now I really want to see two crack reactions to this. Like one where MC just keeps looking at their lips but won’t ask for a kiss and just keeps looking away when they make eye contact.

And then another of them reacting to a feral MC that yells that out loud lol. Like MC is so territorial and feral!

Nyxia would turn shy, but so curious. He would think there may be something on his face, ask you if there is something wrong. If you told him that you just like his lips, Nyxia would blush, hard, but also quietly ask you if you’d like to feel them better~

Leshi would tease you. Ask you if you like his lips, if you want to feel them. He’d make you give him a clear answer before letting you, and will keep enduring it if you don’t~

And as for loud MC, I feel like Nyxia would think it’s very cute. He’d see you as a jealous little pet protecting their owner, even if he doesn’t mean to. He can’t help it! To have someone comparatively small and probably weaker than him being so territorial, heheh…

I have read a Reddit guy’s account saying that bear tongues are really soft… I think Leshi’s would be too. Nyxia’s is obviously very long and wet and hot, with a bifurcated tip he can move as he pleases…

It would be a mess. It would sound lewd. Wet splotches and sucking and moaning and groaning, Nyxia’s desperate little whimpers and Leshi’s rumbly huffs getting mixed together with whatever sound you’re making. Get ready to have saliva dripping down your chin and hands all over your body…

Desperate is a good way to describe how Nyxia would be. He would be sooo aroused, so pathetically eager to touch the both of you, lolling out his tongue and dragging it across all that’s in front of him without thinking about it too much. Shoving, slithering it down your throat, twisting it inside, sucking on Leshi’s fangs…

I didn't really think of a question to ask with this since I was just ranting abt them a little but if I was curious about anything at the moment, it'd definitely be asking how the faerie realm is temperature wise- where im from its always hot nearly all year, so how is it in that realm? Do they have seasons? And if so, how do the guys handle the cold or when it gets hotter? ;3

The Faerie realm is a complete biosphere with its own ecological dynamics, and that includes seasons and a biome distribution that mimics real life. Apart from specific regions modified by magic, it would roughly follow what we observe here: humid tropical forests and deserts at the equator with progressively colder climates and coniferous forests at the poles. The forest Leshi and Nyxia inhabit would be most similar to a temperate rainforest, if not a little warmer (with the amount of ferns I drew there lmao), with well defined seasons (long, wet winters and short, dry summers) and temperatures ranging from near freezing to ~26°C (80°F).

Leshi hails from the literal polar region, and would have inhabited a place that is very very similar to the arctic, more specifically the permanent ice caps. He would’ve experienced the same long and dark winters of real life, as the Earth’s tilt and rotation around the sun would remain the same.

As for how they handle it, Leshi really enjoys the cold and becomes more active then, liking to wander around naked shirtless and playing in the snow if they get it, and becomes more lethargic during the warm seasons. It’s the opposite for Nyxia, as his body handles the heat much better than the cold, making him more active and cheery then. Nyxia would like to bask in the warm sun, and would hide away in his cave during winter, not moving much.

Nyxia knows the general lines, of course, and there’s a part of it that he likes. Knowing that Leshi is completely obsessed with him and wants to have him for himself makes Nyxia feel wanted and loved. Knowing that Leshi is attracted to him makes Nyxia feel wanted and loved. And yes, knowing that Leshi wants to isolate him and use him makes Nyxia feel thrilled.

But there are parts that Nyxia doesn’t know, and that would freak him out. The gore, the cannibalism that Leshi fantasizes about. The desire to destroy Nyxia, physically and emotionally, the desire to consume him. It goes beyond what Nyxia can handle, what Nyxia wants.

Nyxia would be torn then, between living with this side of Leshi and abandoning him. Trying to convince himself that it’s not that bad, or maybe that Leshi won’t act on it.
