I hope everyone stays safe and happy today.

how can I accept the fact that I must work. that I must do a meaningless activity for someone else just so I could survive. that this activity barely matters to anyone and doesn't have any deep purpose but to make others richer than they are. how

I think all you can do is hope the work isn't too immoral, let it shake up your daily life a little bit, befriend a coworker or two, and try to bring home enough wages to pay to further what you actually enjoy doing.

I had a similar thought eventually, that the work brings its value into my life through the fact that I'm helping my dear ones with what I earn. And that I might learn one thing or two while doing it. But the final purpose of the activity in itself is almost always the materialistic desire of others. Even those working in medicine and science have become like this. And I'm still struggling to accept it.
