You can celebrate with some fireworks by donating 999 coins to the Greed Donation Machine.

Greedier Mode was supposed to have a Dollar Sign ($) as an icon next to the difficulty, but it switched to an Exclamation Mark (!) in development.

Down below you can see a recreation of the difficulty paper, as you can still see the unused dollar sign in the files of the game.

Rune Shards can reveal Ultra Secret Rooms, this is extremely unlikely to get though, since getting a Rune Shard to proc the Ansuz rune whilst being three rooms away from an Ultra Secret room is an unlikely occurrence.

The actual Ansuz rune does not show Ultra Secret rooms.

There is a special Vault room in The Binding of Isaac: Repentance titled "The Chest Room (Evil Placeholder)".

Other Vaults are just titled "The Chest Room (Placeholder)", but this one is especially evil and twisted.

The profanity list for The Binding of Isaac: Repentance's Co-op is lifted straight from Minecraft's profanity list, meaning you can't say certain items or terms that Isaac uses with the in-game text chat.

If you check the room names for the Mines Chase in The Binding of Isaac: Repentance, all of them have names describing the room layout.

For example, Mineshaft Room (big straight), or (big curve).

Funnily enough, however, there is one room called Mineshaft Room (big hetero).

The unlock "Sticky Nickels", gotten from beating Boss Rush as The Keeper, is an overall bad unlock, and shouldn't be sought after.

Instead of replacing pennies with sticky nickels, this unlock replaces other nickels with sticky nickels.

The item "Contract from Below" stacks, providing one additional room reward per stack when clearing a room.

The item "Money = Power" works with "Deep Pockets" meaning that you can get up to +24.49 DMG when up to 999 coins.

The trinket "Bob's Bladder" is one of the highest sources of damaging creep in The Binding of Isaac: Repentance, dealing 23.7 damage per tick.

It's a bit finicky to get the creep to damage enemies, however. The trinket "Lost Cork" is recommended to get the best effect.

Instead of giving you five extra bombs, the item "Blood Bombs" heals you for 5 health instead (it also gives you an extra heart container too!)

There is an unused sitting sprite for the enemy "Click Clack" in the files for The Binding of Isaac: Repentance.

Why are they sitting, so polite for no reason.

Hosts don't deal any contact damage to Isaac, so if you touch the enemy with the item "E. Coli", you turn them into poops for free.

In the files for the Binding of Isaac: Repentance, there is an unused sprite for Edith's tainted door.

Edith being an unused character in The Binding of Isaac: Antibirth, the mod that got ported to Repentance.

This sprite was just added as a joke, and will not be official.

In the files for The Binding of Isaac: Repentance, there exists two co-op babies named baby_wisp.

Which is the real baby_wisp?

Who really died that day?

Who came back?

The item "Spirit Sword" turns into a lightsaber when you pick up "Technology".

You also shoot a Technology laser when you use the weapon. It's a neat visual!
