I had a weevil land on my window yesterday. I live 10 stories up so little guy was on quite the journey! It was my first time ever seeing one in person and after following this blog for some time now it felt like I was meeting a celebrity!

This is the full artwork for the third background concept experiment, drawing over the 3D model.

This would be the Blue Lobby, the entrance to the Cerulean Tower of the Seven Waves residential, the home of my sharkfolk. 🏢🦈

For this scene, I improvised by filling it with several other residents instead of just Tiago and Roberto alone. I tried to portray that in this universe there are no 'maintenance services', the residents themselves take care of the upkeep of the residential complex, a kind of ancient tradition.
