I am still amazed how fast it was to find a home for them (in under two weeks!!) and how positive all of your reactions were - it was incredibly rewarding.

Hey there!

First of all, thank you for your interest in purchasing my creations. They are made of fabric, hard work and lots of love, and it’s my utmost pleasure to give them away to good homes.

The passion I have for making cuddly things to love is the sole reason of this blog: any money I earn goes into the expenses of this hobby (fabric, sewing machine maintenance, the occasional toy for inspiration, etc.). I therefore make no profit, I just make sure I can continue experimenting with this medium.

Here are now a couple of useful things you need to know about your potential purchase(s):

These are hand-made unique pieces. Any uncut thread, wonkiness and other imperfections are simply a proof of that!

It is unadvised to put them in a washing machine or drying machine. Avoid soaking it, for some of the material used will be damaged. I recommend using a slightly humid sponge should you wish to clean it.

There are mostly made of cuddle/minky and anti-dust mite stuffing. Though effort has been made to prevent common allergic reactions, I can not guarantee a 100% risk-free factor. And though I buy new fabric and stuffing, I also cannot guarantee a complete lack of migrating elements (dust, chalk, shoots from other types of fabric, etc.). Please be aware of this.

The plushies are not to be put too close to a heat source for risk of fire.

They may have little bits that can fall off and be swallowed.

MY PLUSHIES ARE MADE FOR ADULT OWNERS AND ARE NOT TO BE GIVEN TO CHILDREN.

As for shipping: I send my plushies through the post office, using the adresses you provide me. Some troubles that I have no control over can happen along the way. If such troubles arise, I will do my best to sort it as quickly and as simply as I can. But please understand that, again, I am not a professional and furthermore I am on my own: I do not have access to some options like big companies do.

Also, given most shipments don’t take up more than 3 weeks to arrive, I’ll assume the package has arrived safely 6 weeks after it was sent if you don’t contact me to say otherwise. After that, I will not issue refunds.

I’ll add that any type of messaging (e-mail, ask or even tagging) telling me that the plushies have arrived safe and sound is greatly appreciated.

I am very sorry to play killjoy by posting this and asking all new customers to read it, but I am an amateur who just wants to have fun creating. I do not want any confusion that could lead to trouble.
