I haven't been doing too well lately. If quarantine taught me one thing, it was that at the end of the day, you only have yourself and your own toughts. And to be really honest, that is the only thing I have been avoiding to work on. For the years, I have been fighting some demons in silence. Afraid to show my real emotions and protecting the feelings of my loved ones. But after being locked inside for two months, I realised for the first time that what other people think of me is not important. It is what I think of me that is the most important. After a scary panic attack I finally decided that I have to work on myself instead of others. I went to therapy, started medication and yes, I dyed my hair 😉. Opening up about it publicly is one of the scariest things I have ever done, but a necessary step towards self acceptance. I will be taking a small break from social media but I will be back! And hopefully better than ever. . . If you read this, take care.
