UMMMM HE'S SPECIFICALLY BASED OFF RIBBON EELS!!!! I think eels are cool + the color scheme fit. Also as it's more associated to the 'civilian identity', the nature of these species of eel ['shy' or skiddish ie through burrowing in sand or crevices] fit. But also still holding onto that 'bright and flashy color' look. :DDD
He def people-watches from afar, and deeply envys the stuff humans can normally do [the Gamma Jack persona DEFINITELY shines through under a more 'human' identity. hashtag pompous and allthat].
