So this is a really weird experience that I just had that I can't explain other than it was potentially an ungrounded shift to a reality that was like this one but different.

Last night I put on some shifting meditation music with the intention of trying to shift, but when I tried to settle in and do my method, life shit was crowding my brain too much so I just left the music on and went to sleep.

I had weird dreams, but weird in that normal mundane "my brain is throwing random shit at me and expecting me to make sense of it" kind of way. Nothing shifting related, just normal weird dreams.

I remember waking up, briefly thinking about the weird dreams I had and then checking the time as I do every morning. The clock said 11 am, and I out loud complained that my 9 am morning alarm didn't go off and I was late to take my T gel (something that has happened before here), but then i blinked and woke up again, panicking because i must have went back to sleep without realizing (something else that has also happened before here) and surely it was 1 pm by now and oh my gods I wasted half the day and-

I checked the time and the clock read 8:52 am. 8 minutes before my alarm was supposed to go off. The confusion I felt staring at the numbers on the clock is something I can't describe. I know I already checked the clock, and I know it said 11 am, so how the fuck did i wake up just over 2 hours before that the second time. That's why I think this was a largely unplanned shift. i was intending to get to one of my drs or at least a waiting room or something but ended up shifting to a similar to this one reality where i overslept and didnt do my tgel on time.
