“Do you realise you’re the only vampire I stand, don’t you?” Jace asked Finn raising a brow as he had his arms crossed. “Do you really plan on introducing me to your friends? That’s like... a huge mistake. In my book.”

He smirked, as usual, that part of him would never change. No matter time passing. Reacting to the compliment with a  smug face as he leaned down to capture Alec’s lower lip first in a kiss and his upper one after, hips still rocking mirroring his action to cup the back of Alec’s neck for support. Nudging his nose, “said the man under my body.” Jace countered, smiling before he switched enough to reach for the drawers and grab a bottle of lube. Witches weren’t strong enough in large numbers and cambions bothered not protecting people. Now, we all coexist. And whether my stupid kind doesn’t like the competition or not, we all have to fight. For those that have no powers and no way of protecting themselves. Whether they’re truly innocent or not. This fighting may just have an origin in the nature of this universe, but it’s a fighting we ... should only quit knowing that there are others to do so.”
