small details i think about with fem sam and dean:

both wear silver earrings after shifter encounter to identify each other

Dean would wear bracelets made of different metals and materials as a form of human identity but also maybe weapon

sam wears a cross necklace. It has always annoyed me that we are only ever told about his devotion but never shown it

Dean cuts her hair shorter in later seasons and the crew give her utah curls (i don't like this idea but it feels very clear in my head)

the writers would make dean do a megan fox type scene of her fixing baby

i think with female dean my ideas of her are heavily influenced by who i think would write her in the show and who the audience they want to attract was whilst still making sense as dean
