As a teenage girl who’s never had a first kiss or boyfriend, the feeling of alienation and frustration for being “behind” is mind-consuming.

I’m content with my life right now. I love being independent and alone but late at night, I wish i had someone to talk to that aren’t just my friends. Or have someone to think about when listening to love songs.

I also envy those who have experienced love during high school. I’m about to be a senior but my love prospects aren’t looking bright—so i kiss the dream of being prom-posed to goodbye.

I hope I won’t be alone forever. That someone will eventually love who I am—understand me in ways I can’t. That one day, I will also be someone’s first thought in the morning, and their last before going to sleep.

I have love everywhere. My family loves me, my friends do too. But the love I want? Is something I have to patiently wait for.

I felt every lyric, every breath, every song to the core. I loved No me Arrepiento de Sentir Tanto in ways I can’t even explain.

Don’t even get me started on Si Lo ven or Still (ft. Bruno Mars). I felt my whole soul transform the second i heard the instrumentals.

BUT WE ALSO CANT FORGET ABOUT Alguien Que Te Amaba or For U my Lova. I love this entire album genuinely.

Despues de Ti, Si Lo ven, and Eclispe are the whole trinity of this album 😭 pls i’m crying
