💕Binge to do list 💕
School ended early today and all i wanted to do was
BINGE
and i only had a little bit of breakfast and no lunch, i felt like i could manage eating a pastry calorie wise if i restrict at dinner and only eat a tiny bit.
But i remembered
this was exactly what i had been telling myself the previous two days when i overate my calorie limit.
So i remembered about a post that had a ton of tasks to do before binging - and after doing them you can binge if you still want to.
But honestly i read through it and it was just dumb, it was purposefully made tragically long to do and i knew it would just annoy me.
So i made my own list:
• Do 4 tumblr workouts ( i did all three “quite” workouts in between each i jumped on my skipping rope to have cardio too. and then i did the lazy leg work out - i already was dying after this and felt like i deserve to binge )
• STRETCH, also you can browse tumblr while doing this
• Drink a bottle of water because you just worked out
• Take a shower cause your all sweaty ( + do a face mask to add more minutes )
• Drink another water bottle
• Watch 1 episode of any tvshow or cartoon - keep doing it until you dont wanna ( sometimes im in a mood to watch something / sometimes not, you have to keep yourself in a good mood so dont force watch)
• Drink a bottle of water whilst each episode is happening
• Tidy up a space. For instance , dump all the clothes out of your closet and re organize them
DO NOT MULTITASK BY WATCHING SOMETHING , FOCUS ONE ONE TASK AT HAND
• Drink a water bottle
• Go out for a 5 minute walk, if you are enjoying it - walk more! ( do not bring money )
( couldnt do this cuz it started raining )
• Browse tumblr for a bit, until you get bored of it and start thinking about binging again
• Drink a bottle of water
• Find a picture of yourself and draw that ( doesnt have to be any good , just try )
^and thats how i went from wanting to binge from 12 am to succesfully not binging until dinner - with my binge food being in my room.
Other activities you can do:
Meditate, Yoga
Listen to music
Go for a run
Play videogames
Take a nap
Study
Manicure/pedicure
Face cleanse
DIY’s
Cooking ( control yourself though )
Take pictures ( yourself, flowers, nature , ordinary items - whatever you want )
Write a haiku or a poem
Plan out ( your food, your outfits , your time - whichever floats ya boat )
Text someone - maybe an old friend
Do any chore
Go to the gym
Go ice skating ( i wish i could do that )
Go swimming
Learn a new random skill ( and practice it every time you want to binge )
WEIGH YOURSELF:
are you really okay with letting that number go even higher. If you dont binge it will go down, so think if your really just gonna let yourself lose that easily…?
BUT DUDES, FOR REAL - excercise is the best for taking up time and lowering your hungry levels , you just have to make sure you do other things after that aswell or you might convince yourself that you deserve to binge.
DO NOT TELL YOURSELF YOU WONT BINGE , instead say “i will do this and afterward if i still desperately want to binge i will” this will help keep control.
IF YOU DO BINGE , dont feel guilty, eat slow, eat half of what you were gonna binge and without thinking throw the other half away - DO NOT THINK ABOUT IT , your probably already not hungry anymore anyway. ( if you can binge on low cal or healthy stuff though )

Oh and heres a picture of me holding my binge food fourty minutes before dinner and i have been holding off of eating it for 6hours now - and im not eating it. Maybe tommorow. After i do everything i have to do :)
