City 2 Surf

Today i ran the 14km City to Surf in Sydney, it was the first year have entered the race and i loved every second of it!

My time was 77 minutes and I completed the race with my friend and personal trainer Christian Miranda. In preparation for the race i started jogging 3 times a week, mostly up hills and on difficult tracks to build up my fitness levels. this combined with sprint training on the treadmill.

what do you do for yourself?

Eating healthy makes me feel happy.

I believe happiness comes from within and radiates out. It is the key to life and success, the past two years i have been working on myself, eating well and making sure i exercise.There is allot of pressure on teenagers and their body image. I work in the acting and model industry and i wish to promote a healthy living image.

I am making this blog to post lifestyle pictures quotes and anything that interests me.
