“Sure. I guess, it’s some kind of equivalent to jet leg just with the weather. Something I need to get used to badly if I don’t want to die of a heat stroke.” Rosie joked a little.

“Oh nothing specific really,” Lily tried to save herself and not actually explain that it had been magic. “But are you serious? That’s such a relief to hear. I already thought I needed to go into hiding until I’m back in the apartments.”

“I don’t care that it doesn’t help, I’m just looking for a temporary solution. People I know. My brother. His boyfriend. The whole crew.” She explained, rubbing her temples.

“No, no it was – a gift.” He explained, keeping his gaze on the floor. It seemed like the necklace burned a hole in his jacket, wishing he would have finally gotten rid of it for good. “An old friend of mine gave it to me, because it was – special to him.”

“I know exactly what I’m talking about as somebody who got the chance to explore DOZENS of beaches before.” Lucas said, eyes narrowing. “Well, the Black House wasn’t PLEASANT  but it was only temporarily, while Trump is permanently for 4 years at least.”
