Okay well they’re probably my favorite band of all time, I mean obviously I listen to other music but I’ve consistently listened to them my whole life. This album we’re listening to is my favorite, and when it came out the fans didn’t take to it that well, which is silly because I think it’s genius. In 2007 when the band first started to conceptualize Folie à Deux they were also fighting a lot, specifically Pete and Patrick. By 2008 they released the record, and there are soooo many hate songs on it. It’s almost funny, Pete wrote completely inconspicuous lyrics, Patrick thought they were directed towards him, and re-phrased them to write a hate song for Pete on their own album. Anyway, they split after this record came out and got back together in 2013
