Today was so glorious! The crew and I enjoyed some seriously not serious, beach time. I bought a hoop and a kite and proceeded to be a total loon. Ah, good times.

Today's mediation piece is quartz with this pretty little fairy caught inside. The secret is this: like the fairy, you are always present. Your environment, a product of your mind and your experience a product of your heart. How you choose to live your life, is entirely up to you. Do you live with grace? Do you live with morality? Do you live with passion? Do you live by choice? You can't seem to step into this world without becoming a part of it's drama. It feels as though people's lives are driven by an emotional boredom that is both oblivious and self harming. In a world so rich in opportunity and abundant in love, wtf are we doing, playing games with each other? Why are we playing ourselves this way? This is the reality guys. You are always here to change your life. Every second of every day is your chance to say yes to what you dream for and no to that which harms your happiness. Be strong and claim your space.
