The Florida Fish & Wildlife Conservation Commission #FWC voted recently to change the regulatory status of iguanas to invasive reptiles moved from “Class 3” to “Prohibited” species; now Miami encourages residents to hire catchers & exterminators to butcher them or release them in the Everglades. Because I admire their open sense of time & their ability to go from peace to violence & back to peace in seconds, I give them safe harbor. Don’t you?
