Iris: Online name "Irizu222" or just "Irizu-chan." A quirky, social girl who realized she didn't see a normal 9-to-5 in her future and decided to try streaming instead, at which she proved extremely good, rising to fame within the gaming community quicker than most. She plays all kinds of games and even takes requests during her streams, but despite her sweet, cutesy vibe, her favorite genre is horror. She loves the thrill of the challenge, especially when the games try to scare her into quitting.
She's also prone to saying whatever's on her mind, which, fortunately for her, is never anything too crazy; however, sometimes she starts to prattle on about her "awesome boyfriend" before catching herself and specifying "in Minecraft" before changing the subject. This has become a running joke in her community.
Sterling: Online name "Stark" or "FamedSterlingSilver." A boy who is shier in real life than he is on stream. Compared to Iris, he prefers to play whatever's trending at the moment and is quick to drop games if they bore him, unless there's enough demand from his community to continue.
At the beginning, he was a small-time streamer by choice, enjoying the freedom to be himself. But a spontaneous collaboration with Iris drew in more female viewers and shot him to streamer stardom, pushing him to rethink his approach and adopt a new, more outgoing persona to keep up. The donations have made it worth it, though, and now he can quit his part-time job.
However, neither fanbase had any idea that this collaboration also ignited a spark between Iris and Sterling, eventually leading them to date. To protect their reputations and avoid backlash from parasocial viewers, though, they chose to keep the relationship under wraps.
