Yo entiendo que en un estado gripal prefieras tomarte esos tecitos en vez de tragarte una pastilla completa, y más cuando te duele la garganta, PERO tomate uno cada 6-8hs como máximo y NO LO COMBINES CON OTROS ANALGÉSICOS, ESPECIALMENTE CON MÁS PARACETAMOL. Es horriblemente hepatotóxico si se usa mal, y lo malo es que es muy fácil excederse porque la dosis máxima de paracetamol por día es de 4g. No es la idea pasar de un resfriado común a la falla hepática.

Lean lo que están tomando, lean las dosis, las interacciones con otros medicamentos y la posología recomendada, todos los prospectos están en internet. Si tienen dudas de algo, consulten a un farmacéutico o médico.

Ah y ya que estamos, el paracetamol de 1g es un montón. Si no les hace efecto, prueben cambiando de activo (consulten a un médico o farmacéutico) o directamente vayan al médico porque no todos los analgésicos funcionan para los mismos tipos de dolor. No se automediquen.
