I celebratedy my 25th bday today. And I believe it was a very productive and purposeful day. For 25 years now, I have nothing to brag about but the goodness of God in my life. I don't wanna say na sobrang mahal ako ni Lord pero parang ganon na nga.

I'm an imperfect child, a stubborn sister, a jealous friend, etc. pero God remains faithful and full of love for me. And i don't see a perfect way to share that love to other other than literally helping those in need & also making time for people I love.

So this is basically how I spent my 25th bday:

1. As a precelebration, i went to Bohol for 3 days with ate Hannah. It was an amazing vacay, i couldn't really ask for more. I was able to see again the amazing creation of God. Hay Lord. Ito palang puno na yung puso ko

2.On the day of my birthday, I was able to bless an aeta community in Haduan with early Christmas groceries, it wasn't much honestly but it's totally what I can wholeheartedly give. The smiles of the family and the kids warmed my heart and it makes me want to do it yearly na tuloy. So thankful as well to my friends (ate Aila, ate Geal, Gela, Nikki, & Grace) who helped me do this community service. I know God is going to be the one to bless them as well.

3. Afterwards, i attended our Sunday Service. I also joined the lunch fellowship. At first i was thinking of not attending nalang kasi im shy. Sa true lang, ayoko nang na-cecenter of attention. Good thing I didnt naman hehehehe. Pero i was very happy sa lahat ng tao sa church who greeted me a Happy Happy Birthday!

4. Then sumingit ako ng quick me-time, I watched the movie, An Inconvenient Love. And funny i got reminded again of God's love. Sobrang inconvenient kong mahalin pero God didn't stop and will not stop loving me no matter how inconvenient loving me gets.

5. Lastly, I treated my family to dinner. Honestly sobrang detach ako sa pamilya ko emotionally. I love them deep deep down. Pero i have a lot of issues still na i really need to surrender to God. Pero I'm very very sa mga ganitong opportunity para maconnect ako with them and sila with me. One step at a time.

I just wanted to appreciate and recognize today.

It wasn't a special day honestly, super mundane lang ng mga kaganapan ko, no special celebration or whatnot. But today honestly i felt peaceful, loved, secured, and complete.

In the morning I attended our regular Sunday service at Victory Clark. I had fellowship with my sisters and brothers in christ. Then we ate lunch, continued our fellowship at Here Cafe, then played a few games. Then at 5pm I went ahead to have a massage (a quick me-time) then bought myself a coffee frapp at cbtl. At 7pm, i headed home na para humabol sa dinner ng family since both my tito and tita celebrated their birthday. Then since may karaoke sa house nina cousin ko where we had the dinner (na btw hindi ko na nahabol, tapos na sila kumain nung dumating ako hehe), i just sang few songs para kahit tapos na ung dinner nakabond ko pa rin ung family ko.

And then ayun, uwian na. Naiuwi ko na rin sa bahay si Loki (my dog, na iniwan muna saglit sa bahay nina pinsan dahil masama pakiramdam ni Mochi, his mom, medyo makulit kasi si Loki, kaya hiniwalay ko muna sya) so ayun my dogs are complete na.
