Also a quick announcement! Now that July is coming to a close, I've decided that I am going to be taking a one month break of posting the comic in August. This was my original plan for July, but I decided to keep going because I really wanted to give shoutouts and support to all the artists who've been drawing stuff for me. It's been fun, but I'm also just really burnt out right now and can use the break to catch up on some other personal projects (including the comic ofc!) I'll post one more page at the end of the week, and then it's break time!

On another note, I am doing Art Fight again this year! I have more details on my card, but essentially I am focusing primarily on revenge this year. My account is Panda_Paradise!

I run it with my sister, it's a server for our Gemini Valley Publishing company, but it's a community for artists, writers, and readers to connect with each other. Also if you're looking for any queer stories to read over this summer, I want to give another shout out to my sister's book, Fire in Flight! (Links of where to get this book are on our site!) There are several queer themes, but the biggest one is the lead character is asexual (and biromantic!) I've been seeing a lot of biphobia and aphobia on the internet in the big 2026 lately and I can't wrap my head around it. The best thing we can do is keep flying those flags anyway; not out of spite, but out of love for ourselves.

If you resonate more with Yin, you would call them Shilmai. If you resonate more with Yang, you would call them Nidbai. So, which name would you refer to the angel of enlightenment by?

(To me, they would be Shilmai. I've always been drawn more to Yin. ^^)

Looking ahead, I realize that we've reached a point in this story where the comic will be diving more into some sensitive themes, mostly regarding mental health. I'd rather the comic itself explain what it's an allegory for so I'm not going to get into much detail, but in case I have any readers that find darker mental health-related themes difficult to read, I wanted to give a warning before continuing forward.
