So, what did I miss?

I’ve been reading my daily horoscopes lately and it’s scary how accurate they’ve been. Today’s talked about how there is something in my life that I want so badly but to not stress over it and look at it from a different perspective. Lately I’ve been wondering if I’ll ever find a girl who will make me happy. I’m 20 and have still yet to find a girlfriend. It’s to the point where my parents are a little concerned and ask me that awkward/degrading question, “When are you ever going to get a girlfriend?” or “Are you gay?.” I wouldn't be suprised if my friend are asking themselves the same questions about me. But I’m NOT gay (not that there’s anything wrong with it), it’s just hard finding a single girl these days. I guess everyone my age are starting to move out of the party/yolo phase and are coupling up with the nearest person to settle down with. If that’s the case, I clearly missed the memo on that one…. must have been one of those annoying FaceBook invites that everyone ignores. I listen to my friends swap sex stories and wen they’re finished and say “…you guys know right?” all I can say is,” sorry, can’t say I do.” I don’t get what my problem is though, wen I’m out I make everyone laugh and everyone seems to have a good time around me. People ask sometimes, “how are you still single?” and all I can say is,” Why does bologna sound nothing like how it’s spelled, I have no clue.” I think my problem is that I’m too nice and aren’t as assertive as I should be. Girls cry about how they want someone whose "caring, understanding, and other adjectives ,"and I pretty much fit the bill. I really don’t dwell on stuff like this; I take life one day at a time and am thankful for what I have. I guess the moral of the story is that everything will work out in the end but at this point, I just wish that there was a fast-forward button. P.S. If you thought this was about pizza I'm sorry to let you down, I was just really hungry while writing this.
