Heyo! Name's Ishtar! 2-D digital artist & celestial being with a love for all things space, astrology, occult, & futuristic/cyberpunk-esque themes! As you can see all my work contains all kinds of glowy aesthetics, so expect to see lots of that here, & definitely expect this blog to have not just art but posts pertaining to my OCs as well.
Most my work will contain OCs & fancharacters (particularly for any series I'm invested in), as official character fanart's not my style anymore & will be only a once in a blue moon occasion (so pls don't follow me if you expect more of that, sorry!). A solar entity who has carved a significant name for himself within the EDM scene across various genres—such fame on par with megastars in V.i.n.y.| C.i.t.y as many came to admire not just his music, but the charming & generous persona upheld to the public eye as well. Proclaiming himself as a guiding light for the betterment of the industry for artists around him, he’d lure fans in with pretenses of caring & offering support & community to them, even in hard times… So long as you not dare spurn your devotion to him as a fan. But for all the efforts made to enrapture others with the solar light he donned, through his false shine & his dominance in the social game… Beneath it all lay his true, shadow self—a tenebrous, false sun who saw others as nothing but someone to seize control of through the shadows once too close. Exploit, overpower, & rise above—with there being NO limit to just how far he was willing to go in terms of moral depravity, so long as ensured him maintaining power over others in the industry, not helped by a cult-like fanbase. & This… resulted multiple metaphorical casualties, with Ishtar sustaining the worst of his extreme abusive nature.
...I guess it's about time I posted him, after mentioning him here & there in some OC writings/info posts. Kaletu- The famous musician who manipulated Zion & Ishtar, & is responsible for a lot of the pain Ishtar went through, prior to their move to V.i.n.y.| C.i.t.y.
He is an OC by definition of the word, but I view him more under "character I created without the fondness I have w my actual OCs" due to... the kind of person he is. Similarly w other chars I have that are abhorrent to the core.
Here features both his Solar light & Eclipsed sun forms/phases? With his "primary" ability (between light/shadow) switching depending which he's in. Also in performance gear vs general outfit.
Also, I would have included his middle name but the possibility of it changing is there

Certain things they experienced in their past, in their early days they got into the music industry by another (which I'll post about separately in time).
