Esther stood at St. Michaelâs square, not quite believing her eyes. Surely this wasnât hell, but it didnât seem like heaven either. She noticed someone standing behind her and turned around, âOh, hello. Iâm Esther, I donât have any directions for you as I have no idea where I am, butâŚwell Iâm sensing that all this isnât hell at least.â
Myra looked at the woman standing in front of her, she seemed lost, but then again, Myra herself was lost. âHi Esther, Iâm Myra. Iâm not all too sure what this place is either, but it is definitely way too nice to be hell.â Myra walked up to Esther and stuck out her hand for her to shake. âWell, whatever this place is, Iâm sure weâll have a blast.â Â Â
Esther couldnât help but grin at the girl. Her bubbly energy radiated off her in waves, enough to make Esther smile wide. âMyra,â she sounded out the name slowly, âvery pretty.âÂ
Then her smile faltered. âYeah. A blast.â It dawned on Esther then, she was dead. Irrevocably so. Stuck here, wherever here was.Â
