So I am staying with my dad for awhile, and I got my period. After buying pads and pantieliners, I asked him if I could keep them out for convience sake. He looked at me as if I had just got off the shot bus and said,”Well yeah. Where else would you keep them?” I told him that some guys want that hidden away and don’t want to deal with all that. My dad snorts derisively and says,”Well they are just a bunch of wusses who can’t take it!” 😂 I love my dad.

Watching Muppets Christmas Carol, and it gets to the part where Bob Cratchet talks about how they will never forget this first passing, talking about Tiny Tim, and it hits me. The movie is dedicated to Jim Henson, and for many of us his death was the first one we experienced, and here’s Kermit the muppet Jim first created the one that started it all, and he’s talking about remembering those who are gone, but Jim isn’t voicing him, because Jim died, and I may have ugly cried a little.

Do you ever have a bad night and can't sleep for whatever reason, and look at the person next to you sleeping peacefully and invision smothering them with a pillow?

I cannot recall if Mrs. Doubtfire or Aladdin was my first introduction to the wonderfully funny Mr. Robin Williams, or if it was something else. All I know is that today the world has grown a little darker. RIP Robin Williams.
