Everyday, I wake up to good morning messages, Instagram reels, Tiktok videos, and more. I'm told how loved I am. I'm told how beautiful I am. I'm told how smart I am.

Everyday night, I'm checked in on. Did I brush my teeth? Did I take my meds? Have I got my favorite stuffed animal? Am I comfy and cozy for bed? Even if it's not asked directly, I know it's been checked on. It's being noticed.
