Imagine Escape The Fate

It has felt like forever and a day that I’ve been on this blog. I have so much to say but at the same time, my mind is blank.

There are so many requests that I never got to write before I lost my passion for this blog. I still love ETF and still listen to them, but my writing passion has been hit or miss lately.

Recently I’ve gotten back my writing muse but for my own original works, I’m in my third year of college so I barely have any free time anymore and when I do, I write or plan original stories or scripts.

I’m not going to delete this blog, so the imagines will still be there for fans to read, new and old. I’m going to try to reblog images and videos of the band since I do still listen to them.

However, my tastes have changed drastically and while this band’s music has once helped me overcome past issues, I have found that personal experiences have really pushed me away. I still love the guys and love their music, I just have been focusing on more pertinent things as of lately.

I will no longer be accepting imagine requests, if you send them in I will not write them. But I am always open to talk about their music and what they’ve been up to if anyone wants to chat.

I don’t regret anything about this blog, I truly miss when this bandom was in its prime back in 2013-2015. I’ve just changed too drastically to be able to continue managing this blog the way I once did.

This is NOT a goodbye post, I will continue reblogging and posting when I get chances to.

So until then, I hope everyone who still checks in is having a great day/night/life, and I will talk to y’all later. 

Today marks Max’s three year since he got sober. Now I’m not entirely sure if he’s stayed 100% sober or not since I’ve heard some concerning rumors(which honestly I don’t believe them at all). But I just wanted to point out what today was.

Wasn’t there a time where trying to find and buy a physical copy of This War is Ours Deluxe Edition was searching for a needle in a haystack???

I remember searching amazon and ebay and couldn’t find a copy anywhere. But now, I’m finding multiple copies on ebay and apparently FYE sells the Deluxe Edition too?

Definitely. I saw a pic of him kissing her cheek on stage on this most recent tour after he sang ‘Ashley’. I wouldn’t put it past Craig to do that kind of thing regardless of if their dating or not, but still. That’s what kinda sold it for me, that and Gab saying that he was flying to LA to see the girl he cheated on her with a while back. I don’t remember the exact wording she used though.

Yeah, I definitely can see the bashing when I’ve looked. It’s sad but really Craig has no one but himself to blame. On another note, him and Ash seem to make each other happy so I guess that’s good.

Oh man. Something tells me this might get a lot more heated way before it even gets anywhere near being settled. :/

I just saw this. My god, I’m terrible.

I couldn’t see the tweet when I looked but I wouldn’t doubt it at all. I’m guessing she deleted the tweet or something. I have no words for all that anymore, it’s just ridiculous.

About four times now. I know you’re not trying to make excuses for him, you’re just offering up very real possibilities. I mean I’ve heard other stories and seen things from other fans about meeting Kevin and they have completely different experiences than I have so. I just have no idea and this last interaction with him really upset me and left a really bad feeling behind.

Thank you<3 I agree, I do deserve to be treated better :( I don’t ask for anything in return when I see the guys, all I want are the memories really. I take them gifts most of the time, but only to show my appreciation because I know it can’t always be fun and games for them to do what they do. But with everyone I meet, all I really ask for is respect and common courtesy.

I really don’t know, I’ve tried to make excuses for why he was like that that day and maybe it really was just a bad day for him and the rest of the band. But Kevin’s done similar things to me like that before. I had no problem with him in the beginning but he’s always been stand offish with me when I’ve met him. At one point when I was talking to the guys last year, he walked right past me and didn’t say a word to me. Meanwhile Craig and TJ both were joking around and talking with me and being very sweet(Craig being a little too sweet imo) but Kevin really didn’t want anything to do with me. I don’t know, maybe it’s just me and there’s something about me that he doesn’t like but I really don’t know. Still doesn’t mean he should have shrugged me off when I really needed to be around someone I was somewhat familiar with.

Don’t apologize, I haven’t had a chance to explain it at all. 

Basically I was really close to having a panic attack when I got to Warped because I couldn’t find my friends or the ETF tent where I was supposed to meet my friends and I was walking around alone (I don’t do well with being alone in huge crowds) until I spotted Kevin. I don’t know him personally, no, but it was someone that I was familiar with so I immediately felt better and ran up to him. I was really shaken up and my voice was really shaking but he just seemed SO annoyed that I was talking to him and asking him if he knew where their merch tent was. Like he couldn’t wait until I left him alone. And then at the signing he didn’t even look up at the fans. He just put off that vibe that he would rather be somewhere else (I have a huge thing about the vibes, air and auras surrounding people. I usually can read them pretty well.)

And here’s the kicker; with as much shit Ronnie gets for how he acts with the fans, last year during the FIR signing, Ronnie actually made eye contact with me AND SMILED while Kevin couldn’t even look up.

So yeah, I’m still pretty steamed about it, despite it happening four months ago.
