âStars are actually always in the sky, always there for you.â
TimothĂŠe Chalamet according to Tumblr tags
I want to attack and to lead my life with vigor, but Iâm in the watching stage at the moment. Younger actors feel pressure to bring a pop to every scene, as the roles get bigger, Iâm finding you can add layers and do less scene-to-scene.

Italy , summer.
âSo this is where Monet came to paint.â
âThis spot is probably what Iâll miss the most.â Then, upon reflection: âIâve been happy in B.â   It sounded like a preamble to farewells.

I donât know why youâre not fair I give you my love, but you donât care So what is right and what is wrong? Gimme a sign
I have a partial post drafted up on watching that FS live that will go up later - but this is pretty much how it felt. Not surprised, he will do better. Wishing for that right knee pain to go away quick and that he can train happy and healthy.
Thank you, Yuzu, for that amazing SP, and no need to apologize for that free skate.

âThat I myself was able to properly deliver a good performance with this layout, that I was able to complete the SP with performance that is truly without a single mistake, and convincing even on the quality front.â (Daily) âAlthough I lowered the layout [difficulty], it is a difficult thing to bring the best in everything. In that sense, Iâve grown.â (Sponichi)
âOnce he completed his performance, he opened up his arms with palms facing upward and nodded un, un (t/n - onomatopoeia for nodding, agreement.). About his feelings thenâââUn, I worked hard,â said Hanyu. âBecause I had never landed second half quads in a short program outside of ice shows, [it was like] âLook! I did it that wellââ said Hanyu. About scores, he wasnât able to immediately understand 112: âI was thinking âThat much! 12 points, what is thatâŚââ About his theme for this competition, âlanding all the second half jumps. How to focus during second half.â (Asahi)
(t/n Sanspo posted a Q&A. Some overlaps but more context. Or Iâm too braindead to combine but too awake to sleepâŚ)
Q: Looking back on the performance
A: I was able to perform well, I did it without mistakes. I was able to finish this with performance that is convincing even on the quality front. In that sense Iâve grown.
Q: You performed thoroughly, with care.
A: Of course, thereâs also that Iâve listened to this piece thoroughly. The Ballade No.1 that Iâm hoping to expressââfrom the quiet to the simmering part that wells upââI performed with an eye on that. I was able to do each and every part with care.
Q: What were you conveying when you spread your arms after the performance?
A: Like, âwell done.â It was my first time entering the second half 4T with a turn and (with the 3T) arms raised. Although it was a Salchow, âI did it that well. Look!âââI [gestured to] Brian with that feeling.
Q: A piece that is easy to skate to
A: A program where I am very clear on what I want to express. That moment, I am able to express âmyself at that moment.â It felt pleasant [skating] it.
Q: You got 112.72, rewriting the worldâs historically highest score.
A: Javier got 101. I [skated] with âmy best is 110âł in mind. At that point (2015 GPF), I had two quads in the first half. Iâm doing something completely different now. âNaturally, the scores too would comeâââI had such confidence.
Q: [Anything to be happy about?]
A: Itâs the first competition, and [hereon] I must compete at this pace. Iâve gotten the worldâs highest scores twice with this program. I skated with confidence.
Q: Your self-confidence has increased.Â
A: Although Iâm still just 22, considering my competitive career so far, Iâve done over 100 competitions. I would like to be facing tomorrowââfacing this seasonââall the while remembering each and every one, recalling at what times I was able to bring good performances.

âThis is the first pancake. Hereon, weâll add the sugar, adjust the fire, et cetera. In order to win the Olympicsââweâre right now doing the things that will help that cause. (Asahi)
âYuzuru was the conductor of both the audience and the judges.â (Hochi)
Yoshiko Kobayashi (JSF director)
âThe steps [and all that] were the pianoâs melody itself. I thought it was truly spectacular.â (Daily)
Noriko Shirota (ANA)
âClose to geniusâââ[Shirota raved about Hanyuâs beautiful jumps. Also said this with a smile, âYuzuru Hanyu who, despite some damage, was able to deliver to such extent. Please praise him today.â (Daily)
