I’ve been supporting a lot of black businesses lately. Mostly small. It feels amazing y’all! It’s crazy that just making a purchase can be so uplifting. It honestly makes my purchase feel special. I especially love being able to put a face to a brand. You ever think that for every big company in the world, there’s a black business doing the same thing as the big company but with more soul and personable services? I love that connection. I’m glad I’m more geared toward supporting black businesses now. At first I was geared toward small businesses in general (which I do still support) but now I have an even more profound love for the black ones.
