I love your nails, can you tell me what kind of tools you use? Also what is the best topcoat to use, as a lot of them smudge the design underneath

small paint brushes (found at michaels or joann fabrics) and toothpicks or a bent out bobby pin...and i use seche vite base and top coat and my nails have never been stronger
