Ayyy i finished Eridan-week with only a day late. i went crazy and revived a bunch of fav au’s

Eridan Week Day 4: Free Space

Basically, I’ve been playing around with a concept of how he’d look when older recently, and decided to just do that. The thumbnail color thing is there because I feel like it better displays certain things I was going for.

now 1 out of 6 people may recognize that orb coming out of Eri’s hand and i just want to say when i thought about what kind of powers would a destroyer of hope would have. I thought about a power that overwhelms you with despair and anxiety, and discord. Very much like a certain pacifist monk who shit talks you to death.

Finally, after dealing with some artblock I managed to get the last day of Eridan Week done. I went with the Merstuck au, but in my own way I guess. I just wanted to draw him as a merman. :3

I was playing around with brushes to create some sort of under the water effect…I think it worked.
