Mark your calendars!! The next Illinois State Dental Society Mission of Mercy (ILMOM) will be held in downtown Rockford at the UW Health Sports Factory on July 22-23, 2022! It is a beautiful facility offering over 100,000 square feet of open space and just a short walk from the host hotel, the Embassy Suites by Hilton Rockford Riverfront . The volunteer room block will open on November 1st, 2021 and volunteer registration will begin on March 1, 2022. We are thrilled that ILMOM is coming back in 2022! I am proud to have volunteered my dental services at multiple past ILMOMs. It is a wonderful event filled with amazing patients and volunteers. I am extremely excited and proud that our 4th annual Little YOUth Dental Health Day is fast approaching! Mark your calendars for August 11, 2021! My friends at @metrofamchicago & The Wheaton/Warrenville Early Childhood Collaborative and I will again be hosting the event at the Metropolitan Family Services building in Wheaton, IL. The event is designed for children ages 0-3 and focuses on preventative dental care and educates both parent and child about the importance of dental health. I will be providing FREE dental screenings to children in attendance & will have special giveaway items for every family in attendance that include an event tote bag containing prizes, a new toothbrush and toothpaste, & educational material.
