Ingredients: 1 box of cake mix your preferred flavor. 1 cup frosting vanilla or chocolate. 1 package candy melts in school colors. Lollipop sticks. Edible graduation cap decorations. Sprinkles optional.
Instructions: Bake the cake according to the package instructions and let it cool completely. Crumble the cooled cake into fine crumbs in a large bowl. Add frosting to the cake crumbs and mix until it forms a dough-like consistency. Shape the cake mixture into small balls and place them on a lined baking sheet. Insert a lollipop stick into each cake ball and freeze for 15-20 minutes. Melt the candy melts following the package instructions. Dip each cake pop into the melted candy melts, ensuring it's fully coated, and let the excess drip off. Place the dipped cake pops back on the lined baking sheet and add sprinkles if desired.
