Gluten Free for the Lazy Chef

I love breakfast. Scrambled eggs with peppers, onions, ham & cheese! And home fries and onions. So amazing!

FYI -- Kelly's Roast Beef, is NOT capable of making a gluten free meal. Even though they will promise they are. I was sick before I left the restaurant, and during my 4 hour drive home... Ughh

Pizza Night!!

Cream cheese, sharp cheddar, cilantro, jalapeño poppers. Favorite.

Chili and GF cornbread muffins. Amazing fall meal :o)

So yum!! Black beans, corn, garden tomato, green pepper, avacado, a garden jalapeño, with olive oil, lime juice, cilantro, garlic, and garden chives. I paired this with brown rice with cilantro and lime juice! For a little protein I made some chicken with taco seasoning

I call these kitchen sink eggs! And today they're taco flavored! I pretty much gathered up whatever was going to go bad in my fridge- mushrooms, onion, tomato, jalapeño, and sharp cheddar cheese. Add a couple eggs, taco seasoning, and chips on the side. Yum yum!

Pizza night!! Gluten free crust by Portland Pie Co. The one on the left is topped with garlic oil, fresh mozzarella, tomato & garlic from our garden! The one on the right has red sauce, sharp cheddar, pepper, onion, mushroom, and turkey sausage. Both were amazing! YUM!
