seasons change

001. this blog is extra on the private, as i work a lot and often don't have the energy to write with a ton of people anymore! this blog is also very low activity and weekend focused!

002. closed ship. i only really ship with my boyfriend and that's where i'm most comfortable. i am, however, open for familial and friendship plots, even open to making enemies. it's all in good fun!

003. general rp etiquette applies here. be kind, do your best to remember that I am human and can’t always respond, treat everyone in the rpc as they want to be treated. we’re all people who enjoy a hobby and I would like my blog to be as stress free as possible. 8)

“You lost it?” Autumn echos him, trying to find the words to respond to his own. The man was so capable, far more than Autumn initially believed when she was brought into his division, and yet… "Why'd you go to the living world? I didn't know you had any business there."

'Business' being whatever Amagai did when he was hiding things. Not often, not anymore—but Autumn didn't recall a need to return. Maybe she would find out. She didn't miss the 'we' and that most certainly meant she would be tagging along to search for the device.

But onto other matters...

"Ah, nothing terribly important," she answers, her suspicion melting away. "The paper work was finished, so I was going to let you know. Work on other things today. I think Izuru checked out too—something about the other four eyes that follows you around. I don't know if they're getting on, though I don't really blame him on that either." Autumn hums, gathering her thoughts before nodding.

"I was going to clock out early, but I guess now we're on a hunt for your phone."

Autumn’s heart lurched as her features twisted into those of concern before she shouted, ‘I’m okay!’, full well knowing no one was going to see Saizo but her. It was only then did she kneel down, her lips pursed in annoyance, before she reached out. Quickly flicking his forehead in a bid to scold his action, Autumn grabbed the large book that had landed on his chest.

“Now see where all that teasing got you?” She asks him sternly before a sigh leaves her lips. "Remember, you’re the one who wanted these. I’m helping you out here, but if you get me in trouble again, you won’t get your books.”

Saizo was way too comfortable with his jester-like act. Playing a fool to what? Make her smile? Soften her to him? No one had shown that much interest before—no one living that was. Of course it would be the soul that somehow wound up attaching themselves to her. Worse yet, when he was away for days, weeks, sometimes months—Autumn caught herself missing his presence a little more every time. The relief that she felt when he returned was something of an enigma that she tried to deny.

“Why do you need all this information anyway?” She whispers the question, afraid someone would come around the corner to check on her. Being caught ‘talking to herself’ more than once now had already caused a ripple of rumors. It wasn’t like she met anyone else who could see spirits or the like.

In terms of goals all of it comes down to what she wants, an easy quiet life, and depending on the verse she either fights against anything that challenges that or actively withdrawals inwards when things go wrong.

She's so selfish and I love it.

Of course she is prone to change it just depends on who she's interacting with and how much they put into her as a person. Like not giving up on her I mean and I see some of that development in threads I've had and adore it.
