The only thing differentiating them is that Vriska does divisive things in the actual plot of the story, whereas Jax mostly has panic attacks and then implodes. For Jax to REALLY be Vriska, she should have done something awful to completely alter the course of the story, which never really happens. But, who can truly come close to the power a Vriska, except for Vriska herself?
