What is an EPQ below:
An EPQ [Extended Project Qualification] is a qualification that counts for 50 percent of an A-level in university admission points- I promise this makes sense to UK people (unless it doesn’t, in which case pretend it does). It involves us choosing a topic, carrying out research, creating a report (or 'product' and report) and delivering a presentation- either ending with an extended essay of about 5,000 words or a product with an accompanying shorter essay of about 1,000 words. As long as the topics are ethical and board-appropriate, you can do it on anything- which is why I’m doing it on IF!
TLDR; 98 percent coursework, 2 percent writing of an essay with compiled evidence.
